10 recipients will receive money to use to purchase a vehicle for their business
MAYFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio, Oga. 16, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Progressive Insurance®, the largest auto insurance in the United States, has announced the 10 recipients of its Driving Small Business Forward and Hello Alice grants in support of Spanish entrepreneurs. Every small business owner is given a $25,000 finance the purchase of a commercial vehicle for their business.
Hispanic entrepreneurs start more businesses than any other group in the US, but they struggle to get traditional loans and navigate other obstacles according to a recent study. report from McKinsey & Company. With the Driving Small Business Forward grant program, Progressive is providing assistance to help close these gaps for Hispanic entrepreneurs who need funding but don’t always have access to the same resources.
